Blade Structure Design Based on Multi-objective Optimization of Automotive Fan

In order to improve the fan noise, multi-objective optimization algorithm was implemented optimize blade structure. Firstly, theoretical model with flow rate and power of as objectives established verified; then, global sensitivity analysis method based on sobol' used obtain contributions each parameter performance by taking angle chord length parameters; finally, sensitive parameters are selected best noise-oriented comprehensive genetic algorithm. The result shows that noise is reduced 3.1dB, increased 7.7% 7.9% after optimizing structure, overall significantly improved.
